I know Jill through my husband. Jill's dad used to be the pastor of the church that my husband attending during high school. Plainly put, Jill is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. Her parents are also foster parents, so we're kind of linked that way. Jill contacted me early in the Fall about planning a super secret session of her and her siblings and cousins. She wanted to surprise her mom with photos for Christmas, and as Jill told me, her mom is IMPOSSIBLE to surprise. While we were shooting this session, Jill's mom kept texting her siblings photos of them when they were young. They just KNEW that she knew what they were up to. (I never found out...did she?!)

We had a lot of fun at this session. The outfits that everyone picked were PERFECT and they coordinated so well. I was impressed, and everyone was photogenic so really, they made my job easy. ;)

For all of the seated shots, we had people standing on things blocking the random rays of sunlight. It was hilarious, to say the least.
