Newborn photography makes my heart sing. It is such a special time for a family and it is my honor and pleasure to capture that for you. My goal coming in to your newborn session is to capture what those first weeks with a new baby truly look like using minimal props. In the photography industry, they call this "lifestyle newborn photography". I want you to be able to relax as much as possible and to enjoy your session. The session takes place in the comfort of your home. As a photographer, I've spent years learning how to notice the details and capture them in a way that tells a story: YOUR story.  When you look back at your images years from now, you will see your life as it really was with a newborn. I like to take photos of the things you will most cherish once your child is grown: the way a dad gazes at his new baby, a momma comforting her tiny one,  the itty bitty toes, eyelashes, pouty lips, and sweet baby yawns. In essence, parents revelling in the newness of their child. Our sessions are simple and relaxed, and it shows in the images.
